Since each of our espadrilles are hand-stitched, there may be a slight chance that the stitch opens up a bit, when undue pressure is applied. Similarly, for our leather slippers, there may be a rare chance that a weave may come off. We are here to stitch them up again for you, if notified within a stipulated period of purchase.
Any issues that are a result of damage or normal wear and tear on surface or other issues such as dirt, scuff, marks, rips or scratches cannot be repaired.

We do not reimburse the cost of shipping the item to PariPari.
Repairs may take up to 4-5 weeks to complete.
