Returns and Exchange
We use standard European sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to swap your pair for another size if there is a fit issue then you may return the pair to us, by informing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receipt of the order.

Kindly ensure it’s in the original box packing with the invoice.
Please clearly mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well.

email@example.com for the same. We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests. Once purchased we can only exchange, no refund scheme is offered.
Your PariPari Pair can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.
To be eligible for returns, the footwear purchased must be completely unworn, scratch free unused and include all tags, parts, packaging and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on your footwear in clean, carpeted areas.
Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
We are unable to and will not provide any cash refunds on any goods sold.
To return/exchange an item, the customer must write to us at:
firstname.lastname@example.org. A prompt response is assured to such mails within a reasonable time.

Our terms and conditions regarding returns and exchange are as follows: –
(a) Items should be returned unused, mark free, scratch free and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled shall not be accepted and are liable to be sent back to the customer.
Please inform our customer care department immediately in the event any goods/products are delivered without tags. We strongly recommend that products be checked carefully and thoroughly before they are tried on, or any tags or packing are thrown away or disposed of.
(b) Unidentified returns; returns without prior intimation and email confirmation will be returned to the sender, as we will not accept responsibility for such returns at our end.
(c) All PariPari footwear should be tried on a carpeted clean surface and kept in their respective protective shoe bags/dust bags provided by PariPari until you are certain you are keeping them.
The shoebox is considered a part of the product and shoes returned without it may be sent back to the customer. We recommend not to place any marking on the shoe box while returning.
(d) Goods can be considered faulty or deficient, only if they were received damaged, faulty and our customer care is duly notified of same immediately or within seven (7) working days upon receipt of such items.
(e) Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, which is subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items when such a case is established.
(f) We at PariPari have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and design of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors resolution may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. Each design has a specific color palette that we closely follow and the same is also uploaded on the website. No exchange requests will be accepted for minor discrepancies and variations in colors or its hue due to the reasons specified above.
(g) The return cost for shipping the product is to be borne by the customer unless specified by us.
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available and void in case of a sale by a third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.
THE PURCHASES CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE WITHIN SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS FOR INDIA ONLY. NOT APPLICABLE FOR REPAIR ON OVERSEAS ORDERS.
If located overseas, outside INDIA, once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received the details of your order. Please note that this is not a confirmation that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right not to accept your order for payment, shipping restrictions, or stock reasons. All International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments. At present we do not entertain refunds; exchanges on International orders.
