Shipping for Prepaid orders at PariPari across India is free.

Shipping for International orders is chargeable extra at actual cost.

Shipment time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment against it.

Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach and efficiency. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.

Kindly take note- During festivals, pandemics, unforeseen calamities or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. IST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

Additional Information 

  • Orders cannot be shipped to international, APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.
  • All orders are subject to verification.
  • For your protection overnight shipping may require a customer signature upon delivery.
  • Shipping fees / Cash on delivery charges are not refundable should a purchase be returned.
  • Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.

Shipping restriction:

  1. Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited which may change from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
  2. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  3. All orders require a clear signature upon receipt.

When do we deliver:

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. IST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday, Festivals and Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

All domestic orders will take about 4-5 business days from the time the order is placed to the date of dispatch.

International orders take a minimum of 8-9 business days from the time the order is placed to the date of dispatch.

Insurance

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift or to another location other than your residence) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
